Job Summary Salary plus commission based WeCare365 is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Relationship Specialist to join our outreach and marketing team. This individual will be responsible for building strong community connections to generate qualified leads and support the growth of our Adult Foster Care (AFC) program. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, has experience in healthcare or insurance sales, and is passionate about connecting individuals with meaningful services that enhance their quality of life. What You’ll Do Relationship Building & Outreach Build and maintain productive relationships with internal staff and external referral sources. Participate in outreach events such as senior fairs, community gatherings, and professional forums. Present the WeCare365 AFC program to community groups, prospects, caregivers, and referral partners. Represent the WeCare365 mission and values in all outreach efforts. Lead Generation & Enrollment Consistently generate leads to meet monthly membership goals (minimum 25 members/month). Clearly and effectively explain the WeCare365 AFC program to prospects and their families. Support prospective members throughout the enrollment process, ensuring clarity and commitment. Tracking & Reporting Accurately document all outreach and lead activities in internal tracking systems. Meet weekly outreach and activity goals; maintain organized records using digital tools (e.g., calendars, spreadsheets, CRM). Analyze performance against outreach goals and provide feedback to the Marketing Supervisor. Actively pursue professional development through coaching and training. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities Ensure timely submission of event and prospect data to internal support staff. Adhere to privacy, compliance, and regulatory guidelines, including

standards. Stay informed about Adult Foster Care program policies and updates. Requirements Minimum 1 years of experience in healthcare or group insurance sales preferred. Proven success in a customer-facing, lead generation or outreach role. Strong understanding of customer service, marketing, and outreach strategies. Familiarity with Adult Foster Care (AFC) guidelines is a plus. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple outreach initiatives.
