Meta is hiring an Internal Communications Manager with program and change management experience to drive effective programs across the Internal Communications team. This is an individual contributor position. You will be part of the Internal Communications leadership team and will drive key internal communications priority initiatives including half-yearly planning, tracking against goals across sub-pillars, budget tracking, and knowledge-sharing across the team. You will work across some of the most sensitive and high priority company initiatives, ensuring effective coordination and execution of our internal plans. This includes bringing together key players, leading Internal Communications planning calls and driving the team to deliver against deadlines. You will seek and identify opportunities for improving team processes in order to drive efficiencies and better ways of working. You will build close relationships with people across the team and with key cross-functional stakeholders, and will be adept at juggling multiple projects to support smooth functioning of the team.

Internal Communications Manager Responsibilities:
1. Manage team-wide strategic planning process and successful delivery of our half-yearly strategy, including driving the team to develop canonical plans and developing systems to track progress, while keeping the full team informed along the way. Develop and maintain internal coordination materials to ensure smooth execution. 2. Drive operational efficiency across the team to continuously improve processes and ways of working 3. Support budgeting including operating expenses, headcount management and forecasting, and liaising with key stakeholders within the team and partners (e.g. finance). 4. Support leadership in hiring, onboarding and skills development within the team. 5. Project Management Office responsibilities, to ensure our editorial planning is maintained. This may include developing reports, look-aheads, and calendar views to share with the full team, and maintaining the Internal Communications calendar and integrity of submissions to the Company Calendar, managing contributor submissions along with liaising with Strategy & Insights team. 6. Program-manage some of our highest priority cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals, including those driven by HR and Company Leadership. 7.
