Missouri Pay:
$57,000-$60,000 annually Job Summary The Community Engagement Specialist Supervisor is responsible for supporting community engagement specialists in building and maintaining relationships with community partners and prospective customers. This position serves as a support to community engagement specialists statewide to ensure the team is working as a community organizer and creating strategic partnerships. This position will also develop goals related to community outreach, event planning, budgeting for events, and ensure timely communication and screening of potential foster families
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in public policy, nonprofit management, social work or a related field
Education Preferred:
• Master’s degree in public policy, nonprofit management, social work or a related field
Licensure/Certification:
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience:
Minimum of three years experience working with children and families in the direct delivery of social services in a public or private agency, preferably in the fields of foster care, adoption, mental health, substance treatment, or community prevention.
