Full-Time / Exempt Description of this role: Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with community organizations, state and local political leadership, institutions, and agencies to further develop the vision, mission, and values of the organization. Duties, Functions and Responsibilities – includes the following and other related duties may be assigned. Facilitate off-site training programs per contractual obligations or as assigned. Establish and maintain partnerships with Department of Justice connections and initiatives. Work with re-entry population in Department of Corrections facilities. Prepare and submit records and data for off-sight outreach programs. Attend community fairs. Establish and maintain relationships with community organizations, political leaders, institutions, and agencies to further develop the vision, mission, and values of the organization. Seek opportunities to expand the services of the Father’s Rap. Plan and implement strategies to support and advocate the mission of FUTRA (Fathers United to Raise Awareness). Assist with classroom facilitation and duties as needed. Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies regarding outreach opportunities and goals for each relationship. Submit monthly reports to the executive team. Assist and provide directives to staff as determined by the CEO and Managing Director. Perform Legal Clinic intakes. Travel as needed.

MS Office Educational and Experience Requirements:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Master’s Degree preferred. Must have competence in working with men and women who need direction as it relates to parenting issues as well as reentry population, Department of Corrections, and Department of Justice experience.
