Hwy 51 North, Nesbit, MS 38651 Communications & Member Support Staff The Communications & Member Support Staff serve as a key point of contact for the association, responsible for managing all internal and external communications and providing exceptional service to members and the public. This role includes overseeing digital and print communications, maintaining online platforms, managing incoming calls and emails, and supporting the day-to-day needs of the association.

Key Responsibilities:

Communications & Marketing Manage and maintain association communications, including email newsletters, announcements, and event promotions. Coordinate and update content on the association’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Draft and edit written content such as press releases, blog posts, and flyers. Design simple marketing materials using templates Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. Member Services & Customer Support Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist members with account questions, event registrations, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate member records in the association database. Support membership onboarding and renewal processes. Administrative Support Provide administrative support to association leadership, including scheduling, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Assist with the coordination and promotion of association events, classes, and meetings. Cross Train with all staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in a communications, customer service, or administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Canva Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms; familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation. Team player Willing to learn and continue to grow

$38,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
