- Campaign Execution Manager
- (CEM) handles the fully planned execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase conversion rates and marketing impact in service of specific business objectives. You will support marketing partners and work with functional leads (content, creative, web, media, events) to ensure all campaigns are completed efficiently, on time, and on budget!
- What you’ll do here:
- + Engage with Marketing Partners to ensure crafted campaign plans are designed to improve marketing conversion rate and business results.
+ Work within a specific project management system (WorkFront) and encourage cooperation and collaboration with campaign collaborators. + Manage end-to-end campaign execution, finding opportunities for efficiency and aligning deliverables with the customer journey while maintaining awareness of the academic decision-making timeframe. + Review team experiences to enhance processes and strategies, improving efficiency for both internal and external partners. + Balance a robust project portfolio while working both independently as well as with other members of a high-performance output team. + Manage the execution of portfolio/field campaign plans from start to finish, collaborating with marketing, automation, and analyst team members. + Maintain and lead project groups with core updates and processes to achieve strategically planned campaigns. + Handle overall progress of the campaign including status updates, management of cross-functional relationships, and project management including progress-to-goal. + View the customer experience from a 360-degree perspective. + Project/Campaign completion, timely and within budget. + Contribute to successful achievement of the goals and objectives with collaborators.

- + BA or BS or equivalent experience (preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or Communications) + At least 5 years of marketing experience + Proficiency in WorkFront + Demonstrated ability to manage and execute portfolio/field campaign plans using standard methodologies.
+ Proven track record of driving timely execution and ensuring project/campaign completion within budget. + Strong interpersonal savvy and situational adaptability, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with various teams. + Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to contribute to the successful achievement of goals and objectives. + Skilled in optimizing work processes and influencing campaign performance and impact.
