Unified Telecommunications Job Summary:

Plans, oversees and coordinates complex tasks/activities involved in the deployment/enhancement of telecommunications related hardware and services, contact center software, video conferencing services and other unified communication solutions. Supervises, evaluates and/or provides functional guidance to assigned subordinate personnel or personnel assigned on a temporary or intermittent basis.

Education & Experience Education and Experience Required:

Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) and 3 years’ work experience administering telecommunications or video conferencing systems that includes 1 year’s leadership experience

Certifications, Licenses, or Registration Required:

N/A Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of PCCE and cisco technologies and understanding of unified communication frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Manages staff that support unified communication initiatives for the enterprise. Provides solutions and architecture options for business needs. Supervises the programming of PCCE and Cisco phone products, video conferencing solutions, faxing and data transfer solutions where related to Telecommunication and maintenance of the Analog and digital cabling needs for the enterprise. Programs PCCE and Cisco phone products. Manages video conferencing solutions. Manages Faxing and data transfer solutions where related to Telecommunication. Manages relationship and contract for Cellular service and paging. Manages relationship and contract for SIP and land-based phone systems. Maintains the Analog and digital cabling needs for the enterprise.
