Ability to build and nurture strong partnership with referral clinics, and ensure brand consistency. The role:

Plan, implement and manage the company’s communication strategy (i.e market research, public relation events, referral office visits, others) Timely drafting/production and management of content produced for mass media, websites, newsletters, social media channels and any other marketing materials. Timely drafting/production and management of communications materials including talking points, fact sheets, and internal memos. Plan and budget for programs and initiatives, to include fundraising campaigns. Working in collaboration with the team and partners to ensure the marketing strategy and plan aligns with the PR plan. Track, analyze and reports the effectiveness of the campaigns and communication efforts using relevant metrics and analytics tools. Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as required.
