This role is pivotal in driving the success of our product launches, market segmentation, and revenue growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute GTM Strategies:

Craft and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches, market segments, and global territories. Elevate existing sales and marketing teams through coaching, improved processes and identifying management needs.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to ensure alignment and execution across all phases of GTM.

Market Intelligence:

Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies that differentiate our platform.

Segment Strategy:

Develop targeted strategies for key verticals (e.g., TV & radio, corporate, education, content creators, municipal government, non-profit / ministries / HOW) to accelerate adoption and monetization.

Sales Expertise:

Build and manage playbooks, scripts, collateral, sales reporting and sales enablement tools.

Performance Tracking:

Set KPIs and lead performance reviews for all GTM initiatives to ensure ROI and continuous improvement. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, or strategic growth roles within a SaaS, media tech, or video streaming environment. Proven success launching and scaling digital products globally. Strong understanding of OTT platforms, digital content ecosystems, and media monetization models. Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Gong, and similar.
