What you will do in this role As a member of the CommZ (communications) team at Atticus, the Account Manager role is an integral position ensuring clarity, directives and alignment between the CommZ team and Portfolio Marketing. This role will manage multi-faceted projects and campaigns to maintain brand integrity, innovative tactics, on-time execution, and measure ROI. By developing an understanding of the Atticus market-access strategy and strong relationships with Portfolio Marketing Managers, the CommZ Account Manager will liaise with CommZ team members to coordinate details, timelines, and budgets. This role requires a balance of creative and technical expertise, agency or other relative account management background, CRM experience, and creative communication skills to effectively facilitate successful campaign/project completion. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Communication.
Responsibilities Brand Management:
Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing to develop messaging that resonates with the target audience and effectively communicates product benefits aligned with overall Atticus strategy.
Marketing Campaigns:
Work collaboratively with Portfolio Marketing to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to drive awareness, demand, and sales of crop protection products.
Product Launches:
Concept and execute creative product launch strategies communicating positioning as defined by Portfolio Marketing and within the designated launch tier.
KPI and Status Reporting:
Establishing clear objectives, target audience, appropriate communication channels, budget and desired/expected results; then analyzing the execution and results.
Required Skills/Qualifications Advertising Agency Account Management Experience:
Minimum 5 years account management experience including use/understanding of project management software. Proven success in handling multiple projects/clients at once. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment to drive One Atticus results.
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver succinct statements with impact.
Print & Digital Campaign Management Expertise:
A clear quantitative thinker with proven experience and understanding of print and digital projects, as well as social, digital, and multi-media tactics.
Brand Management:
Understanding of the foundations of brand guidelines and management, including concepting for multi-tactic communication strategies to deliver targeted messaging within brand voice.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in both Adobe and Microsoft programs, specifically InDesign, Power Point and Excel.
Educational Background:
