The opportunity
The Global Mobility (“GM”) function manages the relocation, assignment, and immigration processes for our growing population of internationally mobile employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations and a positive employee experience.
We are searching for a Global Mobility Knowledge & Training Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that the team works with up-to-date standard operating procedures, has the correct knowledge base available to tap into and for providing on-boarding and training materials.
The Global Mobility Knowledge & Training Manager provides support to the whole team but also to other internal stakeholders, covering all aspects of the International Assignment and Project Worker process and policy as well as compliance matters.
How you’ll make an impact
Provide support to the whole team but also to other internal stakeholders, covering all aspects of Global Mobility
Responsible for all training and communication materials within Global Mobility
Developing and implementing an assignee satisfaction survey
Ensuring a standard on-boarding plan is available for all new joiners
Preparation and facilitation of regular training of the IA and PW teams on various technical aspects related to international assignments and project worker assignments.
Working closely with Internal Communication on any required communications related to Global Mobility within the organization.
Your background
Team player with excellent organizational and planning skills, who can interact with people of different cultures and nationalities. Enjoys work that is complex and detailed in nature and that involves coaching and training others
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, which includes business administration, tax or law as the basis and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of international mobility or global rewards
Strong (technical) knowledge of international assignment management, immigration, tax, and employment laws
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple tasks at the same time and able to adapt to changing business needs, while maintaining focus on delivering the results within tight deadlines
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Fluent in English. Other European languages are a positive.
