$50,000•$60,000/year About Us Junk Removal Authority (JRA) is the top digital marketing agency for junk removal and dumpster rental companies in the U.S. We run high-performing Google Ads and SEO campaigns for businesses generating $1M•10M+ annually. As we scale, we need a client-focused Junior Ads Manager who can own communication, drive internal follow-through, and ensure our clients feel heard, understood, and supported. What You’ll Do You’ll work directly with business owners—mostly via text, sometimes by phone—to answer basic ad-related questions, provide updates, and keep things moving across our internal teams. You’ll join recurring strategy calls with our Senior Ads Managers and take responsibility for client coordination and follow-ups. Communicate with clients via text and phone in a confident, professional, and friendly manner Join recurring client calls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to take notes, track tasks, and assist with follow-through Provide high-level explanations of campaign performance using data from Google Ads, CallRail, and reporting dashboards Coordinate tasks between SEO, web, and dev teams (e.g., landing page updates, tracking fixes) Review accounts for basic issues (disapproved ads, under-spending, conversion drops) and escalate as needed Send regular client updates and help deliver monthly reports with clear summaries and explanations Serve as the first line of communication—resolving issues when possible and looping in Senior Ads Managers when needed You’re a Fit If You… Are based in the U.S. and available full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism (especially via text and phone) Can handle assertive, fast-paced clients without getting overwhelmed or backing down Have a strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals (especially Google Ads) Are highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing follow-ups across multiple projects Can learn quickly and want to grow into either a senior-level ads strategist or a client relationship specialist Have reliable internet, a professional phone presence, and a private working environment Bonus Points If You Have Experience in a digital marketing agency or client-facing role Familiarity with Google Ads, CallRail, Looker Studio, SEMrush, or Asana Prior experience coordinating with technical teams (SEO, developers, PPC) A background in marketing, communications, or project coordination What’s Next for You We’re hiring this role with long-term growth in mind.
