Hours:
20-25 hours/week Reports to: Director of Advancement Oak City Academy is seeking a creative and mission-minded Marketing & Communications Manager to bring our story to life through thoughtful content, strong brand presence, and clear communication. Who You Are A passionate communicator who aligns with our Statement of Faith , Core Values , and the culture of honor that defines OCA Highly organized and creative, with the ability to manage multiple projects with excellence Experienced in marketing, social media, content creation, and digital tools like Canva and WIX A team player with a heart for community, collaboration, and Kingdom impact What You’ll Do Capture and curate photos and videos of school life across both campuses Create and manage engaging content for social media and digital platforms Design newsletters, flyers, and digital marketing materials that reflect OCA’s voice and mission Maintain and update the school’s website (WIX) Strategize and implement marketing campaigns alongside the Advancement Director Manage internal communications and support key school events through promotion and coverage Track performance metrics and report on marketing impact Participate in bi-weekly Roundtable meetings to support whole-school initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years experience in a marketing or communications role Strong design and writing skills Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and social media platforms Website management experience (WIX preferred) A Christ-centered heart and love for education
