The Opportunity Allegro MicroSystems seeks a Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications to drive our global digital marketing, web presence, and public relations strategies, enhancing our market leadership in power and sensing semiconductor solutions. You will build a unified marketing and communications practice to support our next growth phase, aligning Allegro’s value proposition across portfolios and accelerating our growth ambitions. What You’ll Do Lead strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email, social, content) and manage budgets, analyzing performance to optimize strategies and improve results. Oversee the strategy, design, and maintenance of Allegro’s corporate website (AllegroMicro.com) and other digital properties to ensure a best-in-class user experience, optimizing content and structure for search engines and user engagement. Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy to enhance Allegro’s reputation, manage relationships with media, industry analysts, and key stakeholders; craft and distribute PR materials; and oversee social media and corporate communications. Drive content marketing aligned with business objectives, overseeing impactful product launches and application campaigns to generate awareness and qualified design-in activities, ensuring customer-centric content that highlights value drivers for key regions. Optimize messaging and marketing strategy to drive intended outcomes, ensuring metrics tracking and reporting for all digital channels and initiatives, leveraging marketing analytics to provide insights and recommendations for agile practices. Champion marketing and communications initiatives, unifying functional teams to support your strategy, building and inspiring a high-potential team to deliver outcomes for the company, and leading engagement with external partners. What You Will Need BA/BS degree in Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, web marketing, and public relations. Minimum 5 years of people management experience. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, web analytics, and content management systems (CMS). Experience with social media, media relations, crisis communications, and corporate communications. Ability to understand and clearly communicate the company’s strategy and technology. High-tech B2B marketing experience – semiconductor experience is a big plus. Experience in defining standards and governance for evolving digital marketing and communications with global stakeholders. Demonstrated success leading cross-channel campaigns and product launches. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels and influence without authority. Track record of building and retaining successful teams. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and stakeholder needs. Experience with marketing technology and analytics tools a plus.
