Marketing & Public Relations Manager The Kenyon Team of Keller Williams Coastal Realty 44 Dover Point Rd, Dover, NH 03820 Marketing & Public Relations Manager Part-time with the potential for Full-time – Flexible In-Office required $28/hour Kenyon Team Realty is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing & Public Relations Manager to lead integrated campaigns that elevate our brand, engage with new and existing client base, and drive business growth. This role combines creative marketing initiatives with proactive digital media relations and personal relationship management. The ideal candidate is a versatile communicator with experience across digital marketing, content creation, client outreach, and brand strategy. We are a residential real estate team and our business is driven by strong relationships. We focus on our clients’ individual needs, dreams and goals so we can provide them with exceptional service. Marketing Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional channels Create compelling content, promotional and proposal materials Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights Manage brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Public Relations Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners Streamline CRM strategies Represent the company at industry events
