Job Description

CRM Manager 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars 64 Outwater Lane, Garfield, NJ 07026 We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead the transformation and management of our HubSpot CRM platform. As the right hand to the Chief Revenue Officer, this individual will play a mission-critical role in driving sales performance, optimizing marketing efforts, and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of sales and marketing workflows, excellent technical skills, and a passion for creating scalable systems that empower high-performing go-to-market teams.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution Serve as the owner and administrator of Brimar’s HubSpot CRM. Develop and enforce CRM best practices to support sales processes, marketing workflows, and customer lifecycle management. Work directly with the CRO to shape and evolve CRM architecture to support company strategy and revenue goals. Sales Enablement & Process Optimization Partner with Sales leadership and front-line sales staff to map workflows, reduce friction, and ensure CRM aligns with real-world sales behavior. Build structured, enforceable processes within HubSpot that hard-rail stages, activities, and handoffs to improve accountability and performance. Marketing & Campaign Tracking Collaborate with in-house and external SEO, PPC, Email, and Social Media teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive campaign tracking in HubSpot. Support closed-loop reporting and attribution across all digital marketing efforts. Analytics & Reporting Design and maintain performance dashboards that deliver actionable insights on sales and marketing outcomes. Use CRM data to identify opportunities and gaps in market engagement and internal execution. (Preferred) Develop advanced reporting and visualization using Power BI. Technology & Integrations Work with IT to integrate new sales and marketing platforms and ensure seamless data exchange between HubSpot and other business systems (ERP, eCommerce, analytics tools, etc.). Support data hygiene, migration projects, and ongoing optimization of the CRM tech stack. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in CRM management, with a strong track record of implementing and optimizing CRM systems to support sales and marketing. Certified HubSpot Administrator or equivalent practical experience. Strong business acumen and deep understanding of sales and marketing workflows. Proven experience working with senior leadership to drive technology adoption and process change. Proficiency in dashboard creation and performance analytics. Experience working with IT teams on system integration and data management. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a B2B environment with e-commerce and inside sales components. Background in safety products, signage, or industrial sectors.
