Then we would love to have you join us! The Role The Associate Director of US Omnichannel Enablement will be the day-to-day lead for Genmab’s US omnichannel platforms and related technologies. In this role, you will drive the adoption of new capabilities while enhancing existing ones, ensuring seamless integration into Genmab’s US commercial ecosystem. You will also be accountable for establishing and/or refining delivery models that enable scalable, efficient and flexible platform usage across Genmab’s commercial teams. The Associate Director of US Omnichannel Enablement is a key contributor, empowering Genmab commercial teams to deliver industry-leading, data-driven, and orchestrated customer experiences. This role will report to the Director of US Omnichannel Enablement & Operations. Responsibilities Be the day-to-day contact and steward of all US omnichannel platforms including (but not limited to), Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Suite, OneTrust, Veeva CLM, etc. Partner with key internal cross-functional stakeholders across Omnichannel Strategy, Operations, Customer Experience & Insights, DD&AI, Analytics, Data Privacy and other commercial functions to drive seamless cross-channel experiences and successfully implement key business initiatives. Ensure Genmab’s 5-year omnichannel capability roadmap delivers on US priorities. This includes identifying and integrating new capabilities while strategically sunsetting legacy capabilities and/or platforms. Oversee delivery and continuous improvement of Genmab’s suite of SAAS omnichannel platforms in website publishing, marketing automation, promotional and field-triggered email, interactive visual aids, and privacy preference management. Stay ahead of emerging trends, product roadmaps and platform innovations, providing strategic recommendations to optimize omnichannel capabilities. Review business and functional requirements in collaboration with the US Omnichannel Strategy & Enablement team. In collaboration with DD&AI, drive technical design sessions to develop technical requirements and solution documentation to ensure solutions align with US business objectives. Evaluate and prioritize high impact use cases that drive measurable business outcomes and ongoing value for key customers (i.e. HCPs, consumers, patients, payers etc.). Lead the team through the efficient, scalable implementation of new SAAS features and capabilities while ensuring adherence to global performance, security, and compliance requirements. Collaborate on all system integration efforts with our Global Hub and US Data Stewardship teams to enhance ecosystem connectivity. Ensure compliance with all US privacy, consent, data governance, quality and security policies. Implementation of an agile, regionalized DevOps model (and associated service provider partnerships) to ensure a streamlined, successful platform delivery and meeting ongoing service level agreements. Oversee the development of new platform workflows, SOPs, training, and support models to equip commercial teams and agency partners for effective omnichannel engagement. Prepare high-impact presentations and reports to share insights, progress, and recommendations to internal commercial functions and Genmab leadership. Optimize performance by allocating resources effectively to ensure strategic priorities are met while managing workload balance. Requirements 10+ years of experience creating omnichannel technology solutions. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and a strong familiarity with commercialization strategies. A proven track record of successfully leading and implementing digital transformation initiatives that have delivered measurable business outcomes. Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem of products including SAAS/platform architecture, configuration, measurement and analytics frameworks, and workflow automation. Deep collaboration with omnichannel operations & delivery in a commercial or marketing function, with a strong understanding of digital engagement strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-channel customer orchestration. Strong communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels to achieve desired outcomes and build strong relationships. Ability to drive alignment toward common goals. Proven experience leading and overseeing external service providers or vendor relationships and associated budgets. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with regulatory compliance guidelines related to marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $147,200.00—$220,800.00 The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
