Director of Community Relations All American Assisted Living at Tinton Falls 1530 West Park Avenue, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753 We are seeking an additional experienced, energetic, and driven sales leader for our assisted living and memory care community. If you have a strong desire to work for a great company, willingness to advocate and educate on behalf of the greatest generation, establish wonderful relationships with families, and work cohesively amongst a team, please apply for the Director of Community Relations role. A contagious smile with superior customer service skills and a hospitality driven mindset are required! A proven sales record with a creative marketing background is a must for this role. You will grow occupancy by engaging the seniors in the local and greater community and developing professional partnerships relationships within the network. Our company provides Assisted Living and Memory Care services to Senior Citizens. It is our mission to provide excellent care and customer service to Seniors and their families in a community that is Home. In this role, you will educate and guide families on the services and value of our product together while cultivating personal and professional relationships. Candidates must possess the proven leadership, decision-making and communication skills to carry out the goals, policies and procedures of the Community. Prior experience and success in a senior living community is highly desired and necessary as occupancy growth is an expectation. This is a hands-on team-oriented position, reporting directly to the Executive Director. We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with your experience, including a healthy bonus/commission plan, health care and PTO. No relocation reimbursement.

$68,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
