We’re looking for a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence, engage our customers, and creatively share our story. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy for both Beer Tree Brew across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, and other relevant channels
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging visual and video content (photos, short-form video, Stories/Reels) that matches each brand’s style and tone
• Maintain a content calendar that features new products, events, promotions, and company updates
• Respond to comments, messages, and tags in a friendly and timely manner to grow our online community
• Stay up to date with social trends and platform changes, adjusting strategy to optimize performance
• Capture high-quality photos and videos at our venues and events
• Analyze and report on social performance, making data-driven adjustments to increase reach and engagement Requirements
• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management (hospitality, food/beverage, or lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong photography and videography skills — comfortable creating content on your phone or DSLR
• Experience using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design/editing software
• Creative and adaptable writing style to fit Beer Tree’s voice
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok trends, and short-form video production
• Organized self-starter who can manage multiple accounts and campaigns at once
• Passion for craft beer, food, and creating welcoming, community-centered spaces Work Details
