NYC Hybrid Full-time Role summary We are searching for an ambitious, self-directed Client Onboarding Lead to own client onboarding for the SMB clients we help transform their local business into a global business. As a key member of our North American B2B GTM team, this role will be working hand in hand with our sales and account management teams to onboard clients. What you’ll do: Chance to build a new discipline from the bottom up Ensure new clients are fully onboarded to their Payoneer product of choice Develop workflows to streamline onboarding process Work with internal teams to automate and improve workflows Help existing customers with continuous onboarding needs Provide feedback to sales and account management teams to improve messaging, close communication gaps, and help them better manage their client relationships Further identify clients with growth potential that may have been overlooked during the sales process Maintain pertinent customer information within CRM platform Who you are: 5+ years of sales, ops, or customer service experience, ideally in a tech environment Strategic mindset to problem solving Data and technically oriented, intermediate to advanced Excel skills a major plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Time management and multitasking skills Ability to work with a cross functional global team High level of organization and focus and ability to work under pressure Interest in leading and mentoring a team Comfortable with hybrid work environment Not a must, but a great advantage: Experience in Payments or Banking industry Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system Experience with data analytics & BI tools What we offer: Discounted medical, dental, and vision insurance (Coverage starts on Day 1) HSA and

Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.
