Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Community Relations Manager to oversee engagement strategies and strengthen relationships with our community stakeholders. This long-term contract position is based in New York, New York, and requires someone who can effectively manage social media platforms, compliance processes, and customer service initiatives. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage and analyze social media platforms, including Facebook Insights, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to increase outreach and engagement.
  • Coordinate budget processes and ensure effective allocation of resources for community initiatives.
  • Oversee CRM systems to track interactions and improve communication with community members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures in all community-related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align community outreach goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of community programs and campaigns.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide support to address concerns and feedback.
  • Organize events and initiatives aimed at enhancing community involvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of community interactions and processes to support future planning. Requirements
  • Proven experience in community relations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Facebook Insights, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their applications.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Familiarity with budget processes and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing community initiatives.
