Team Overview The Sales Operations Manager sits within our Analytics team, reporting into our Director of Marketing Analytics and working closely with Sales Leadership, to ensure that data systems and platforms related to revenue operations are maintained to the highest standard, allowing for accurate, accessible, and applicable information that can be used to drive sales operations. Position Overview Masterworks is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead the administration and optimization of HubSpot and its connected systems, driving data integrity, workflow automation, and cross-functional reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Finance. This role also oversees telephony platforms, compliance tools, and API-driven integrations, ensuring operational excellence across a complex tech stack in a regulated environment. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with CRM systems, cloud dialers, and backend development, along with a strategic mindset for vendor and change management.

Own the house:

Administer HubSpot instances for both Investment Service and Sales, guarding data integrity, building custom objects/fields, and automating workflows.

Connect the dots: Maintain native and custom integrations with Aircall, Gong, Slack, and any of our other 3rd-party partners.

Report the right things: Design dashboards and calculated fields that give Sales, Marketing, and Finance one source of truth for pipeline.

Dialer Administration:

Configure call flows, manage permissions, run regular spam-score audits, and resolve “Why can’t I dial?” tickets for both Aircall and Five9.

Gong:

Keep recordings flowing, keywords tagged, and managers armed with coaching insights.

Global Relay ranger:

Ensure every email, SMS, and call log finds a compliant is correctly stored for

FINRA/SEC

audits.

Neustar:

Manage caller authentication and industry-mandated regulations for both the TCPA and the

SEC. API

architect: Write and maintain Node/Python services (deployed on AWS/GCP, maintaining data sync, enriching leads, and making sure Hubspot works well with all of the integrations.

Vendor Vetting:

Evaluate new tools, host contract negotiations, manage SLAs, and keep vendors honest on uptime and roadmap promises to determine the best tools for success. HubSpot (Sales Hub Enterprise, Marketing Hub Pro, Operations Hub Pro), Aircall, Five9, Gong, Neustar, Global Relay, MessageMedia, AWS/GCP, GitHub, Slack (custom apps), Redash, Zapier, REST/GraphQL APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python. 3+ years owning HubSpot or similar CRM at scaleDemonstrated success in Revenue/Sales Operations, incl. pipeline hygiene & attributionSolid grasp of REST APIs & data modeling; you’ve shipped production code (Node.js or Python)Hands-on admin of a cloud dialer (Aircall, Five9, etc.) and conversation-intelligence toolsProven project-management & vendor-management skillsComfort translating between salespeople, engineers, and data and analytics.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in fintech, reg-tech, or other highly regulated industriesFamiliarity with financial-compliance archiving (Global Relay, or similar)Knowledge of fine-art markets or alternative investments How does Masterworks think about compensation? The compensation range for the role is $100,000-$120,000. Our ranges are broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
