A Day in the LifeThe Director Accelerator provides critical account support to optimize performance and accelerate brand growth for key accounts. Working closely with the Head of Account, this role focuses on analyzing performance data, synthesizing insights, and supporting the execution of strategies that deliver sustainable, profitable growth. As a strategic connector, you will ensure visibility of performance across brands for a key account and help identify opportunities to drive success. Requirements 10+ years of related experienceRequires a recognized discipline expert within the companySolves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the businessIdentifies applications of functional knowledge and existing methodologies to lead others to solve complex problems; provides advice on a wide range of issues within area of subject matter expertiseContributes to setting standards around which others will operate within area of expertiseMay lead programs/multiple projects and/or diverse functional teamsStrong ability to turn data into actionable insights, support planning processes, and drive visibility of performance metrics across multiple brands. Proven experience in reporting, sales tracking, and performance analysis.
