Director of Advancement Systems Location:

Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills Strong expertise in managing CRM systems, relational databases, and writing SQL queries. Experience with application development best practices, including agile methodologies, requirements gathering, analysis, prototyping, testing, and deployment. Proven leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliverables with strong time and project management skills. High attention to detail and a commitment to developing team members.
Required Qualifications:
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. At least six years of full-time, relevant work experience. Minimum of three years in a supervisory role. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience working in a development or alumni relations office within higher education. Familiarity with platforms such as Ellucian CRM Advance, Power BI, Ellucian Banner, and Blackbaud.
