You will play a key role in preparing executive-level presentations and ensuring clear, consistent messaging aligned with leadership priorities to foster cohesion, alignment, and engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Support execution of global communication initiatives (e.g., town halls, newsletters, intranet updates) Develop high-quality, executive-ready presentations for senior leaders and global FP&A teams Track and report communication and engagement metrics to identify trends and improvements Coordinate employee engagement activities in NYC and support global planning efforts with peers in Costa Rica and Mumbai Maintain internal platforms like SharePoint and the FP&A intranet Manage headcount and expenses including position tagging and requisitions management for assigned

Collaborate with key stakeholders on communications and operational priorities Lead or participate in special projects, as required Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, communications, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in corporate environments, ideally with exposure to finance or business operations High degree of curiosity, drive, self-motivation, persistence, and working business knowledge Ability to working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience preparing polished, senior-level presentations (e.g., for executives or board meetings) Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; familiarity with internal communications platforms a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills Strong risk and control mindset High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity Exceptional ability to work in a team environment
