Are you a good match? The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of related CRM, client experience or client service experience. Excellent computer and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be proactive are required. We are also looking for excellent project management skills. Ability to represent the Maison to internal and external clients. The ability to multi-task work independently and with a team is essential. Flexibility to travel as needed. What are we expecting from you? Reporting to the AVP, Online Retail you will be responsible for the rollout of the Online Retail CRM strategy, building the future strategy to foster long-term relationship with our clients. They will manage key projects that directly impact on our online retail team’s day-to-day activity and our clients’ experience with the Maison. They will partner cross-functionally to build a consistent client and omni centric innovations and inspiring new ways of working to achieve the Maison client and sales goals. They will also manage and plan the Client Development budget and measure ROI of each initiative. In this role, you will: Develop a client development strategy around our CRC clients by leveraging data insights, client behaviors and local CRM initiatives
Define client action plans for ambassadors to help foster and nurture long term client relationships
Map our client journeys by segment/by CRC specific KPIS, partnering with Retail Expertise to drive behaviors and share additional trainings
Work closely with our local CRM team to identify client opportunities, share best practices and ensure alignment on client experiences
Identify client development gaps/opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to develop the most appropriate solutions/services/experiences
Partner with the CRC leadership team to identify clients for local & international events More than a role…we recruit for a career!
