Actively seekingan Senior Manager, CRM for a
FULL TIME
& Hybrid Role . The position is fit for a candidate who has over 10+ years of CRM, EMS, and Digital Marketing experience within a Law or Professional Services Firm.

$150•$205K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree
REQUIRED
10+ years of experience within a CRM software environment 10+ years of experience within an eMarketing Solution suite environment Expert proficiency in CRM Systems Expert proficiency in Email Marketing Systems (EMS) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain the firm’s CRM and EMS systems Use knowledge of best practices and available tools to keep contact and data accurate Design and implement new reporting capabilities in CRM Administer the use of and provide support for CRM and EMS applications Oversee EMS emails and other digital initiatives in support of the Firm’s digital marketing Create and implement communication and training plans related to processes and system upgrades Develop and maintain a comprehensive mailing calendar, aligning with Firm goals Ad Hoc Projects as Assigned SearchPointNY/Noor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
