We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Commercial Communications to lead the development and execution of our commercial communications op model and strategy. This role will be responsible for shaping how our brand and commercial initiatives are communicated across all commercial enablement channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and commercial stakeholders needs. You will help build and oversee a high-performing team, work cross-functionally across solutions, and play a critical role in driving market impact and business growth through compelling, coordinated communications.
What Youll do on a
Typical Day:
+ Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive solution-agnostic commercial communications framework to best support business priorities and growth targets.+ Translate business objectives, change initiatives and product priorities into integrated communication plans across sales, account owners and other commercial teams.+ Identify key narratives, messaging pillars, and positioning frameworks that will equip commercial teams to drive sales growth, improve efficiency, help the team adapt to change and foster a cohesive go-to-market strategy.+ Act as a strategic communications partner to Product, Commercial, Marketing, to ensure message consistency across all touchpoints.+ Manage the production of communication assets such as ad-hoc communications, IMRs, newsletters and build capacity within the team to scale communication support across a growing initiatives portfolio.+ Champion a consistent voice and tone across customer-facing communications.+ Ensure alignment and integration of messaging across different product lines and regional markets.+ Foster a collaborative team culture that emphasizes strategic thinking, creativity, and accountability.+ Define data driven KPIs and regularly assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and refine messaging, formats, and channels for maximum impact.
What Were Looking for:+ Proactive, strategic thinker with a commercial focus, a hands-on approach and the ability to develop go-forward plans for managing change and communications initiatives.+ Vision and confidence to drive and push for excellence and best practice within a newly established team.+ Experience and understanding of the complexities in communicating to colleagues in a global, matrixed organization and a strong ability to write well, quickly and accurately, translating complex ideas into engaging content that resonate with your audiences.+ Resilience and flexibility; you’re a self-starter who enjoys driving simplicity into a fast faced, high growth environment.+ Team management experience is a plus.
