Vice President, Creative Strategy 5W Public Relations is seeking a Vice President, Creative Strategy to lead ideation and strategy across PR and influencer marketing programs. This role supports our Consumer, Technology, Corporate, and Digital practices, driving innovative thinking from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a culturally attuned, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about bringing creative ideas to life in earned and influencer spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of strategies for integrated campaigns across PR, digital, social, influencer/trusted messenger programs, and experiential initiatives. Concept and support the execution of creative, culturally relevant ideasâfrom big-picture strategies to tactical activations and real-time opportunities rooted in trends, social conversation, and pop culture. Create compelling strategic decks that clearly articulate insights, campaign direction, and creative vision. Conduct research and develop insights that ladder up to broader client goals. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to foster a culture of creativity and deliver breakthrough campaign ideas. Facilitate brainstorms, develop creative briefs, vet concepts, and lead idea development into actionable presentations. Monitor and interpret cultural, industry, and consumer trends to inform strategy. Recommend KPIs and metrics for success, blending both qualitative and quantitative goals. Identify and champion innovative opportunities that push the agency’s creative boundaries, working with senior leadership to bring them to life.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in a creative strategy, brand planning, or integrated marketing roleâagency experience preferred. Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media, digital trends, and PR strategy. Creative, forward-thinking mindset with a strong pulse on culture and an eye for innovation. Strategic problem-solver with the ability to use data and insights to inform creative development. Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident presenter with the ability to articulate and sell ideas internally and to clients. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from ideation through execution in collaboration with internal and external teams. Experience working in tandem with other agencies on integrated campaigns is a plus. This position requires candidates to work in-office 3 days per week.
