The Client Relationship Manager is primarily a Brand Ambassadorfor the organization, responsible for building and maintainingrelationships with clients and potential business partners. This isa client-facing role which requires an individual who understandsthe dynamics of client relationships, is comfortable representingthe organization and presenting information in formal and informalsettings. Previous experience reading and interpreting contracts orformal documents is desired. EMS experience and/or knowledge orunderstanding of medical terminology strongly preferred. This position isremote, however on-site in our Chappaqua, NY office would bepreferred. Some travel (approximately 10%)
Organizational Impact:
In this role for Digitech, you are our brand ambassador for ourclients and the patients that they serve. You impact your line ofbusiness by ensuring our current clients’ needs are addressed andissues are resolved, and that our organization is represented atformal and informal meetings.
Essential Duties andResponsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding of new clients
- Buildrelationships with key client decision makers
- Meet with currentclients to ensure retention
- Act as a point of contact forassigned clients
- Interpret and understand client contracts andensure we are meeting all contractual requirements
- Review andmonitor client KPIs & Metrics
- Work with Sales & Marketing Team asthey prepare new and renewal proposals and client presentations
- Assist all parties, both internal and external, with contractrenewals
- Attend shortlist meetings, trade shows and otherfunctions as required, always representing the organization in aprofessional manner
- Ability to learn and discuss our entire suiteof billing software and implementation process
- Able tocollaborate with all internal teams including Account Managementteam, Billing, Sales & Marketing, Software Developers, as needed
Skills/Experience Required:
- EMS experience and/or knowledge orunderstanding of medical terminology strongly preferred.
- Previousexperience reading and interpreting contracts or formal documentsis desired.
- Strong computer skills. Experience with MS Outlook,Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required; ability to create reports andmove information throughout workbooks.
- Ability to learn newcomputer systems & software and understand workflows
- Ability todeal calmly and effectively with situations via telephone whilemaintaining and promoting a positive company image.
- Excellentcommunication skills, both written and verbal. Able to presentinformation and solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to organize andprioritize tasks in order to complete all work assigned.
