Job Description
Identify, understand, and solve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related issues. Manage projects consisting of various departments (e.g. IT, external vendors, country sales and sales support staff) to provide digital CRM related solutions. Establish and execute plans to ensure the quality and effectiveness of those solutions. Act as the Product Owner for a digital product and/or application within the CRM lead to opportunity arena, including customer-facing application interactions. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders throughout the understanding and solutioning processes. Drive innovation CRM projects or prototyping workstreams for early customer validation and leading idea generation as well as evaluation of innovative ideas in regards to their future business potential. Remote work permitted, 10%-25% domestic and international travel required. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Business Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, as well as five (5) years of experience in the job offered or an acceptable alternate occupation. The position requires experience with the following skills: Business Analysis, Data Analysis, IT Analysis, Project Management, Product Owner, Sales Support experience; Project management skills with the ability to motivate and lead project teams; experience in innovation processes, leading cross-functional teams, and culture of experimentation; knowledge of the complete software development life cycle (including requirement management) and the application of the Agile methodology; experience determining the root cause of business problems and developing business cases showing the value in solving them; experience developing and executing project plans and leading project teams; experience developing and grooming a product backlog; experience with Change Management including communication planning and execution; account & contact management, sales engagement and marketing/sales connections.
