S AP America, Inc. seeks a Customer Success Partner Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location responsible for the day-to-day customer engagement including product onboarding, use-case identification, project initiation, architecture and governance coaching, project companionship, post-launch relationship management, and renewal negations. E xpectations and
Tasks:
P roactively engage customers post-sale to ensure they receive the maximum value from their SAP Business Technology Platform Cloud Solutions. Assist with escalations or critical situation management. Serve as the technical trusted advisor “Cloud Solution Architect” providing “To-Be” State Architecture workshops, best practices, VIP Webinars, and driving re-platforming discussions with customers. Maintain retention and manage the customer renewal process including full execution of the entire opportunity-to-win cycle (including CRM, pricing, rev rec, legal, forecasting, etc.). Build a network of colleagues and customer-facing personnel to support assigned accounts such as Account Executives, Product Management, Support, Deals Desk, Implementation Services, Partners, etc. E ducation and
Occupational Experience:
B achelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Skills and Competencies Experience:
E xperience must involve two (2) years in the following: S AP Sales Processes and account management experience with customers in the U.S. and Canada; E nd-to-end commercial and contractual models for SAP SaaS and PaaS Solutions; S AP Cloud Strategy to transform customers into Intelligent Enterprises; B uild business relationship with C-level customers; and S AP and Public Cloud Hyperscalers, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and Google Cloud Platform.
T ravel:
Position requires up to 30% domestic and international travel to various and unanticipated client sites. T his position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program subject to the eligibility criteria outlined in the SAP Internal Employee Referral Policy.
