What You’ll Do:

• Develop and executemarketing strategies tailored to the Engineering industry.
• Coordinate proposal writing and preparation of qualificationspackages (RFQs/RFPs).
• Create compelling content across digitalplatforms, print, and presentations.
• Manage and grow our onlinepresence (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
• Organize andpromote industry events, conferences, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex engineeringprojects into accessible marketing materials.
• Analyze marketingperformance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field(MEC industry experience highly preferred).
• Experience withdigital marketing and online presence (website, LinkedIn, emailcampaigns, etc.).
• 3 years of experience in B2B marketing— inengineering, architecture, or construction.
• Strong writing,editing, and graphic design skills.
• Familiarity with CRM andmarketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics).
