A day in the life:

The Lifecycle Marketing SeniorStrategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, andsetup of the email campaigns of current and prospective clients, aswell as SMS campaign execution. They will be involved in furtherinnovating client strategy, optimizing towards higher successmetrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to furtherinnovate strategy. They will also be responsible for coaching teammembers, and seen as a go-to for strategy support and performanceoptimization. This is an extremely cross-functional role that willbe closely working with creative, content, web, and otherdepartments in the company

Responsibilities:

Define and drive emailmarketing strategy for Power Digital clients Manage dailyoperations of the email marketing channel

• marketing calendar,strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, aswell as the A/B testing, measurement and reporting Build and manageautomated email marketing programs for our clients and ensureend-to-end tracking and proper measurement Use data to continuouslytest, measure and optimize the email marketing program Partner andcollaborate cross-functionally with other internal digital channelsDeliver reporting metrics, key learnings and strategicrecommendations to clients Information sharing, and training teamon strategic tactics and implementation tools Employ AItechnologies to enhance and optimize business processes Utilize andleverage Power Digitals Nova ecosystem as it relates to yourdepartment

Role Requirements:

5 years experience in email marketingstrategy, production and end-to-end campaign management Stronganalytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A/Btesting practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and takeaction accordingly Hands-on experience with email platforms such asKlaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar SMS experience Expertise inemail best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copyand design approaches Working knowledge of

HTML/CSS

for emailcoding Strong communication, rapport building and presentationskills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversationsTeam management experience (preferred) Key Performance Indicators(KPIs): Manages 5-7 enterprise or growth accounts Below 10% clientchurn rate Hitting defined EBIDTA goal Most Important Things(MITs): Manage accounts with the highest workflow volume orcomplexity with positive feedback. Leads trainings and plays anactive role in team member development within department. Exceedsprofit and revenue per team member success metrics
