Job Description:

In this role, you’ll help streamline communication across the department, support leadership initiatives, and enhance team engagement. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communication strategies, managing onboarding and training programs, and promoting the Planning, Design, and Construction team’s capabilities across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to influence communication practices, drive engagement, and support a high-performing team through thoughtful, strategic messaging and content.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute communication strategies aligned with department goals.

Partner with the PMO to manage communication platforms and publish content.

Design and implement training programs for new and existing processes.

Manage the onboarding experience, including scheduling and content creation.

Ensure onboarding materials are current, engaging, and relevant.

Coordinate equipment orders and onboarding logistics for new hires.

Lead team engagement initiatives through various channels and formats.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).3-5 years of relevant experience in communications, training, or employee engagement.

Strong writing and content development skills.

Ability to adapt to change and manage shifting priorities.

Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Skilled in video editing

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in communication management or internal communications.

Familiarity with project/program management tools and processes.

Understanding of design and construction industry practices.

Experience planning and executing large-scale events.

Proficiency in:
