Improvement and support of ongoing community engagement strategies, including but not limited to partnerships with the Charleston RiverDogs and South Carolina Stingrays. Responsibilities include communications, engagement, and outreach; strategic communication (website, communications, and marketing) and outreach (internal, including Regional Health Networks, and external); social and engagement programs and event planning for office programs such as enterprise observations, and engagement coordination. Minimum Training and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 7 years of experience including two years of management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business or a healthcare related field and 1-3 years of academic healthcare related experience, including data collection & management, stakeholder engagement and retention strategies in an academic health science center setting highly desired. Ability to build, maintain and manage collaborative relationships and initiatives across the MUSC enterprise. Ability to design, implement and monitor projects that enhance enterprise-wide strategic goals related to organizational engagement & retention. Strong project management, problem-solving, organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
