You’ll be the creative force behind our weekly e-newsletter, social media presence, and website content, ensuring our residents stay informed and connected. Your graphic design skills will bring our communications to life, making complex information visually appealing and accessible. From staff gatherings to community volunteer events, you’ll help plan and execute meaningful experiences that strengthen relationships on our island. You’ll take ownership of key communication channels while collaborating with the Director on strategic initiatives: Create and manage our weekly e-newsletter, crafting content that informs and engages our community Maintain our social media presence with creative, timely content that encourages interaction Keep our website fresh and functional with regular content updates and design improvements Design compelling graphics for digital and print materials, including our Good Neighbor Brochure and Budget at a Glance publications Plan and execute staff gatherings and volunteer events that build community connections Support the Director with emergency communications, especially during hurricane season Represent the Town at community meetings when needed How to apply : Applications are available at https://www.kiawahisland.org/jobs.php .
