Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager to lead and execute our clients’ social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate has strong communication and interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented, and thrives in both creative and strategic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth Plan, create, curate, and schedule content across platforms Manage and optimize social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals Capture and edit high-quality visual content (photography and videography skills are a plus) Create and manage social media campaigns from concept through execution Monitor and analyze social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools Adjust strategies based on algorithm changes and engagement trends Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, social media trends, and audience behaviors Communicate performance insights and campaign results to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (required) Proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google, LinkedIn, and scheduling tools (Rella) Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing platforms Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Solid understanding of social media algorithms, engagement tactics, and performance analytics

Preferred Qualifications:
