The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook and Instagram. Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while promoting brand awareness and driving engagement. Be familiar with Canva and Meta Business to assist with content creation and scheduling posts. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the competition. Communicate with store managers, regional manager, operations manager, and owner to align marketing initiatives with promotions and events. Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal budget allocation and performance analysis. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around the brand. Analyze data from social media campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies. Experience Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling through digital content. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. A passion for staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
