In this hands-on role, you’llenhance the visibility and identity of our resort, restaurants, andexperiences through strategic marketing campaigns and compellingbrand storytelling. You will lead integrated marketing initiativesthat captivate guests, spotlight our key pillars of the resort,offers, and drive measurable commercial success. Duties and responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Managerrole Lead the development and execution of annual marketing plansfor the hotel, with a strong emphasis on promoting its key pillars(accommodations, golf, spa, F & B, events, and weddings)- ensuringalignment with commercial targets and brand positioning Be responsible for all brand, digital, and marketing activityacross channels Manage content creation for social media, websites, and paidmedia, ensuring all posts are on-brand and timely Deliver targeted campaigns that drive both brand awareness andcommercial results Conduct ongoing market research to stay attuned to socialtrends, guest dining behaviors, and competitor activity in thelocal hotel, restaurant, and wider hospitality scene. Build strong local connections through PR, influencerengagement, and strategic partnerships Support overall commercial goals through coordinated marketingefforts across F&B, Rooms, Experiences, and Meetings & Events,ensuring balanced attention. Collaborate closely with key departments to create campaignsthat support outlet goals and enhance the guest experience Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform bestpractices Track campaign performance and manage marketing budgets tooptimize ROI This position is a Property-Based role.

Qualifications:

About you Strong background in marketing, communications, or brandmanagement, ideally within the hospitality industry Skilled in multi-channel campaigns across digital, social,content, and PR Proven ability to develop and execute impactful marketingstrategies Confident with Meta, digital tools, CMS platforms, and designsoftware Creative thinker with a sharp eye for brand storytelling andvisual identity Highly organized, proactive, analytical, andresults-driven Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional,collaborative environments Experience working with agencies, media partners, andinfluencers
