Our agency is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Social Media Sales Specialist to drive insurance sales through engaging content and strategic social media outreach. You will be responsible for building our online presence, generating leads, and converting them into loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales of insurance products.
- Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok), including text, images, and videos.
- Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and target potential customers through social media advertising and organic outreach.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and potential customers.
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer sentiment.
- Analyze social media performance data and provide regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices, as well as insurance industry developments.
- Conduct online presentations and webinars regarding insurance products.
- Manage online insurance quotes and follow up with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Knowledge of insurance products and regulations (preferred).
- Valid insurance license (a plus, or willingness to obtain).
- Experience with CRM software.
- Experience creating and running paid advertising campaigns on social media.
