Job Description:

Customer Representative Entry Level Barkley Reserve is lookingfor enthusiastic and motivated professionals to be an integral partof our sales and marketing team. Our company is built on a beliefin customer service and providing true value to our clients and ourteam of Customer Representatives. This is key as we help ourclients manage their sales needs.

Qualifications:

• Service quality- exceeds the customer’s (both internal and external) needs inevery interaction.
• Teamwork – ability to demonstrate acooperative spirit and capacity to work well as a team member.
• Problem-solving – recognizes and defines problems; analyzesrelevant information; encourages alternative solutions and plans toresolve situations; seeks additional assistance when needed.
• Communication – reviews customer deadlines and requests additionalnecessary details from supervisor and or coworkers. Activelylistens to coworkers and management and works together to solveproblems through effective communication.
• Positive attitude andprofessional demeanor
• Personal confidence and genuine aspirationto help our clients.
• 1-2 years experience in sales or customerinteraction is a bonus but we offer extensive training
• Greatcommunication skills.
• Experience interacting with customers.
• College graduate preferred.
