We’re seeking a Client Relations & Communications Manager to support our client experience from start to finish—ensuring clear, timely updates, addressing questions with empathy and professionalism, and helping us share the beauty and value of our work. ⸻ Job Overview This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-first, detail-driven environment. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout our custom restoration process. You’ll also support our public-facing communication efforts by creating photo updates, managing social media, and helping us tell the story of our work. It’s a hands-on, dynamic position for someone who’s organized, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys building positive client relationships. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Client Communication Serve as the main contact for active client accounts Proactively share updates on restoration timelines and milestones Professionally address client inquiries and provide reassurance throughout the process Maintain organized records and documentation of all client interactions Collaborate with our restoration team to ensure accurate and consistent messaging Public-Facing Communication Draft and send monthly newsletters and project updates Manage social media accounts (primarily Facebook and Instagram) Capture and post photos of pianos in progress and completed work Reinforce our brand’s story, values, and craftsmanship through digital content ⸻ Qualifications 2+ years experience in client relations, communications, or customer service Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills Confident and professional when addressing complex or sensitive topics Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with Gmail, Trello, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar tools Comfortable taking quality smartphone or camera photos for updates and social media
