What You’ll Do The Regional Engagement and Recruitment Manager will play a critical role in advancing the mission of RePublic Schools by leading scholar recruitment efforts and ensuring families experience a seamless enrollment journey. This individual will oversee lead generation strategies, analyze recruitment data, and implement best practices to drive enrollment growth. Additionally, they will be responsible for the training and professional development of school-based Operations Managers, empowering them to effectively engage families and build strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities Scholar Recruitment and Lead Generation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional recruitment strategy to meet annual enrollment goals. Oversee lead generation efforts, including grassroots outreach, community engagement, digital marketing campaigns, and partnerships with local organizations. Analyze recruitment data to monitor trends, identify gaps, and adjust strategies accordingly. Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
Family Engagement and Enrollment Process Management:
Collaborate with school-based teams to ensure interested families are nurtured and guided throughout the enrollment process. Create and refine systems for tracking family interactions, ensuring prompt follow-ups and high-quality customer service. Partner with school-based leaders to develop strategies for engaging prospective families, including open houses, school tours, and community events.
Training and Development:
Design and lead professional development sessions for school-based Operations Managers to enhance their recruitment and family engagement skills. Provide ongoing coaching and support to Operations Managers, equipping them with tools and resources to achieve enrollment targets. Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including scripts, templates, and best practices.
Collaboration and Leadership:
Serve as a thought partner to school and regional leadership teams on recruitment and enrollment strategies. Represent RePublic Schools at community and recruitment events to build awareness and trust within the region. Stay informed about trends and best practices in recruitment, enrollment, and family engagement, incorporating insights into organizational practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience in recruitment, marketing, or community engagement, preferably within the education sector. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building authentic relationships. Experience leading training and professional development for adult learners. Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Familiarity with enrollment management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
