SUMMARY Pink Lily is a fast-growing fashion retailer focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our Growth team is dedicated to driving new customer acquisition, customer engagement and retention through innovative strategies. We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sr. CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven strategies to improve customer retention rates, design compelling email and SMS programs, and manage a dynamic loyalty program.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Lead all retention marketing efforts including the day-to-day planning and execution of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns. Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends and opportunities for improving retention rates. Develop and expand upon the Pink Perks loyalty program to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value. Ideating and testing new experiences for VIP customers and owning the activation calendar. Develop and execute targeted email and SMS marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns across the customer lifecycle. Guide email segmentation, targeting, personalization and lead nurture strategies. Partner closely with internal marketing and buying teams to align on product and messaging priorities to direct message content and copywriting. Manage Email Marketing Specialist in design and QA of retention program communications. Build and execute retention strategic roadmap to outline testing opportunities and program enhancements. Manage A/B initiatives to optimize performance and improve KPIs. Report on key metrics and goals pertaining to customer retention rates, conversion, and engagement rates.
QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field, MBA preferred. 5+ years’ experience working directly in Email and SMS marketing. 3-5 years’ experience within an ecommerce apparel, high SKU count preferred Experience working with Klaviyo and Attentive marketing platforms. Familiarity with a customer data management platform (CDP) preferred, experience with CDP system implementation a plus. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive insights. Familiarity with loyalty program management. Strong copywriting / copyediting skills. Incredibly organized with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
