This role serves as a key liaison between medical affairs, research teams, and external stakeholders to ensure effective dissemination of scientific data. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive publication plans aligned with medical and business objectives Manage the development of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and presentations for scientific congresses Collaborate with medical writers, researchers, and key opinion leaders to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance Oversee vendor relationships with medical education agencies and publication partners Ensure all publications adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and company policies Track publication metrics and provide regular updates to leadership Support internal teams with publication-related training and resources About You Qualifications Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or related field (PhD or PharmD preferred) 3+ years of experience in medical publications, medical affairs, or scientific communications Strong understanding of publication ethics, ICMJE guidelines, and Good Publication Practices Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Superior written and verbal communication skills Experience with publication planning tools and processes Desired Skills Knowledge of therapeutic area(s) relevant to company portfolio Experience with digital publication formats and platforms Understanding of global regulatory requirements for scientific communications Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Why Choose Us?
