You are someone who:
Collaborates well with internal team members in research,creative and account service to help lead our clients to inspiringinsights. Has mastered the entire research process and enjoys sharingresearch knowledge and skills to develop talent on the researchteam and inspire members of other departments. Is methodologically agnostic with a passion for understandingwhat marketing and messaging can positively influence humanbehavior. Makes insights actionable, whether it is for productdevelopment, marketing strategy-building or creative campaigndevelopment. Creates synthesized, visually compelling presentations(incorporating clear tables, graphs and infographics). Ensures overall client satisfaction throughout the researchprocess and manages client relationships to generate repeatbusiness. Are you passionate about research? We are looking for someone who loves numbers and also sees thepower of rich qualitative data, especially when those twodisciplines are combined to solve complex client problems. 10+ years of deep strategic experience nationally andinternationally (supplier-side desired). Expert in designing and conducting a broad range of marketresearch methods with a very strong background in the marketing andmessaging that changes behaviors. Demonstrated experience leading clients in at least one of thefollowing industries: energy, built environment, non-profit/NGOs,consumer packaged goods. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Dynamic presentation skills that show your passion for thepower of insights, both in person and via WebEx.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years (8+ years preferred) professional experience (marketresearch experience preferred)
BS/BA/MS
in social sciences or related field. Or theequivalency of 8+ years related experience in lieu ofeducation. Client-facing experience using data to tell actionable andcompelling stories. Strong marketing/advertising knowledge Positive outlook, collaborative, and motivated Skilled written and verbal communicator and presenter Excellent PowerPoint skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Prior knowledge of Slack, Monday.com, and Teams a plus
