Essential Functions of the Job Uphold KARM Stores’ Mission to reveal Christ and tell the KARM story. Manage any internal or external resources used to execute various campaigns. Manage the marketing budget and direct efforts related to the budget. Strategize at a high level new and innovative ways to expand brand awareness. Build and manage a team of contractors, vendors, and internal team members. Marketing Create and implement a detailed strategic marketing plan on a quarterly and annual basis that will drive various outcomes, including but not limited to sales, solicitation of donations, store openings, etc. Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them effectively and efficiently. Schedule and manage any marketing campaign on any platform for KARM Stores’ various audiences. Manage inventory of marketing materials and oversee monthly orders from stores for delivery, including placing orders with third-party vendors. Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors’ marketing movements. Control budgets and allocate resources amongst projects. Planning and attending special events, such as store openings. Communication Responsible for producing valuable content for KARM Stores’ online presence, editorial design, and organizing the company’s various means of communication. Create unique and innovative ways to communicate internally to our team members. Record weekly videos to inform team members of important information. Public Relations Become KARM Stores’ agent toward external parties, such as media and stakeholders, and build strategic partnerships within the community. Be able to tell the KARM story on all electronic media outlets.
