Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and globally minded contractor to support international foundation partners across the Asia Pacific Region. In this role, you will assist senior regional team members with initiatives that enhance partner capacity, support global programs, and facilitate logistics for international events and workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a secondary point of contact for Asia Pacific-based partners, supporting all communications, planning, and program needs. Maintain accurate records and partner insights in the team’s CRM system, including revenue data and priority focus areas. Assist in drafting foundation assessment reports and strategic growth plans. Provide language and logistical support for programs, training, and workshops. Coordinate travel and event logistics for international team activities. Collaborate with subject matter experts to organize coaching and development initiatives. Help ensure smooth internal operations and workflows for the global support team.
Qualifications:
Fluent in a widely spoken language in the Asia Pacific region (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Hindi, Korean, etc.). 3-4 years of experience in a support, liaison, or global operations role preferred; however, candidates with strong language skills will also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking. Ability to work across cultures and time zones, including occasional international travel and evening/weekend availability. Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with note-taking, data entry, and supporting senior leaders is a plus. Familiarity with fundraising, marketing, or nonprofit operations is a bonus.
