Marketplace Chaplains Communications Coordinator Primary Responsibilities:
Be punctual, dependable, responsible, with a good attitude! We love team players!
Responsible for entering information and documention into software system Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties
Confirm and update caregiver availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
In charge of new caregiver orientation, onboarding and continuing education Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
Communications Coordinator Requirements:
Experience
- One year experience with scheduling preferred
Education - High school diploma
Skills - Exceptional customer service skills, time management skills, excellent communication skills, able to handle high stress situations
Characteristics - This is an autonomous position, so we’re looking for individuals that are self-motivated and willing to learn.
